As far as raw performance goes, I've seen the 7900GS beating out the 8600 cards in most categories. Not sure about the GT model, though. You do get the added benefit of supporting DX10, though. Wink

8600 isn't typically a gaming card though, so yeah. like comparing 6600 to 7300 or something
