Lat redid Twin Tombs to get rid of that crazy fog and he fixed some other crap that was wrong with it. Also a version of thorns that wasn't a box that had a Chinese look to it.

Here's a List of some of the maps we did

hmmm been on some servers with a fair ping of 150 or so, having said that i see no inclination of latency lag, mind you i been loosing some dancin shootouts by an approximate 75% margin but i have only spent about 30 minutes or less playing LGI. I wonder if there's any relevant loss to lag or loss to the lack there of. It does seem like i'm pinging 50 or less but it could be deceived....

I will be back playing with BIO for LGI and we are also going to bring back RoA for RGI.

My main quest will be to get Phy back to playing UT Razz .

i'm gonna be getting an order in for some computer upgrades in the next week or so, and i'll hopefully have the game before christmas (and if not, then on christmas depending on how much work i have and when i can get some free time). so it's inevitable, of course.

as for clans returning -- {HiT} transcends this game or any other Wink our members don't really define themselves in respect to any one game (though our heyday was certainly with the original ut). most of our family have taken time away from gaming completely or have spent time in other areas like america's army, wow, tiger woods golf (of all things), other ut mods, and sampling just about all of what's out there but nothing really has clicked to bring everyone back to focus on one thing like the original ut did. from what i've heard this game MIGHT just be interesting enough... i know it's got me wondering.

that being said, i don't really see {HiT} returning to the ladders or formal comptetitive play, but i'd be pretty surprised if you didn't see a pack of us hitting up servers from time to time. there's a couple old timers out there who were never in {HiT}, but nowadays probably won't go back to hanging in their old clans competitively, so you might end up seeing a couple old names with our old tag on... ya never know. it's all about the spirit, after all.

and, of course, if there's enough of the guys wanting to get into formal competition -- watch out Twisted Evil

I'll get the game on Christmas and I'll play for {=TLA=}.

As for ladders, I think it IGLnet was a good ladders community, but now I do not want to join any kind of ladders.

Pugs and scrims are fun though...

I have the entire site for the ladders just haven't put it up anywhere. I was thinking of just putting it on the BIO site or maybe get a new domain for it I just haven't come up with a catchy name.

Or maybe we can convice Blu to put it on here ;P

With the spawn point bug huh? I hate that map.

I liked DownUnder, Sam Plate made a lot of great maps.

Nuker and Some1Else were awesome too.
RoARocksFX and RoAvalley! They should return to UT3!

Another map I liked was named Crater (re)Zoned I think. I can't remember the exact name.

Lavagiant, halls of giant are classics.

I remember the first map I played on a LGI server. It was with BIO-Tech, it was a hugeass map named DesertFox and then CivilWar.

Ahhh, memories.
